These terms describe the independent procurement support presented on this website. Harvest Ledger Sourcing organizes business buying requirements, requests supplier information and helps compare quotation scope. The website does not establish an owned factory, authorized dealership, verified product inventory or a contract to manufacture goods.

Inquiry and quotation scope

Submitting an inquiry requests a requirements review. It is not an order acceptance, confirmed price, delivery reservation or payment request. A supplier quotation must identify the exact model or configuration, quantity, currency, unit basis, included parts, packing, documentation, exclusions and commercial conditions. Carrier load, mounting, power supply, chemical compatibility and application requirements need product-specific review. Samples, inspection, installation, commissioning, freight, duties, insurance and spare parts require an agreed scope, cost and responsible party. Budget and supplier preference describe purchasing priorities. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided are not verified supplier ratings. Any sourcing support described on the site is subject to eligibility review for the specific product, quantity, destination and requirement.
