Harvest Ledger Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice explains the information requested through the procurement inquiry interface. Harvest Ledger Sourcing presents independent sourcing support for business buyers. Providing an inquiry begins a requirements review and does not itself establish a supplier order or a manufacturing relationship.
Information you choose to provide
The form requests your name, work email, company, telephone and procurement requirements. Requirements may include product specifications, quantity, destination, delivery needs, compatibility questions and document requests. Optional controls collect a budget or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis and supplier preference. When JavaScript is available, these choices are added to the submitted requirements text without changing the text you typed.
Purpose and supplier communication
Submitted business information is used to understand the buying task, clarify missing details and organize sourcing or quotation questions. Relevant specifications and commercial requirements may need to be shared with prospective suppliers or logistics parties during an agreed procurement discussion. Avoid sending trade secrets, personal identification documents, payment credentials or third-party confidential information through an initial inquiry.
Local browser storage
The sourcing support notice uses localStorage to remember the first display time and limits its display window to seven days. sessionStorage remembers a closed ticker during the current browser session. These records support notice behavior and do not determine supplier eligibility. The website checks qualification separately after reviewing the product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements.
Corrections and questions
Use the contact form to request a correction or ask about information you submitted. Describe the relevant inquiry and use the work email associated with it so the request can be reviewed. Do not send additional sensitive information merely to identify the record. No unverified public email address or telephone number is presented as a privacy contact.
Scope and external pages
Procurement notes may link to external product references. Those publishers operate their own websites and information practices. A reference does not make them an affiliated supplier or transfer their performance claims to this service. Ask about retention and further sharing arrangements before providing sensitive commercial material during a procurement discussion. The Terms of Service explain the procurement role and quotation boundaries.
Keep the initial inquiry focused
Share the purchasing scope and business contact details needed to discuss it.
